Prices
Prices are exclusive for www.theseeventguys.com and are subject to change without notice.
All product prices shown on the website are not subject to tax.
Prices are shown in local currency, These Event Guys will only accept payment for orders in local currency.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted on the website.
Delivery Policy
These Event Guys offers a free delivery service to the northern part of the island Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9am – 6pm.
Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery These Event Guys will notify you as soon as possible to pick up the order at our warehouse.
We are in the process of expanding our delivery services to more parts of the Island, this will be reflected at check out once it has been implemented.
All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.
Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.
Payment Methods
At check out on www.theseeventguys.com our payment method is set to be Cash on Delivery. This means that payment will only be made upon delivery of the customer order.
We accept Cash and Cheque payments; MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards will soon be added.
Order Processing

All details, specifications and prices are accurate at time of publication, but are subject to change. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services, in order to assist your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those in our stores. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated.
Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock available may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order we will notify you to either cancel that order or change it for another item in our store.
Return Policy
We at These Event Guys thank you for your purchase. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is always a pleasant one. If you have any issues or change of mind you may return items within 24 hours from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components.
Consumables and opened media products are nonreturnable. We reserve the right to examine the products to validate the return.
This policy gives you specific right, which may be complemented by local law.

You will be provided with an electronic receipt and a invoice as a proof of purchase. Documents will be E-mailed and delivered with order.
